Comprehensive Evaluation of Oil Depot Construction Scheme Based on Entropy Weight Analysis

Construction standardization and civilization are not only the minimum requirements of the construction site, but also the innovation of the construction field in the new era, which are related to the social and economic development and the process of national modernization.Based on the recruitment and bidding information of an oil depot and taking four different construction schemes as the basic data, a standardized construction management evaluation index system was firstly constructed. On this basis, the standardized construction scheme evaluation system was constructed by entropy weight method and comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that the degree of standardization and civilization of the four schemes is ranked as M3>M4>M1>M2. The first⁃level index weight ranking is environment>safety>energy saving>cost>quality>progress. Among them, the weight proportion of environment factor is the largest, about 0.193, and the weight proportion of project progress factor is the smallest, about 0.128. Therefore, during the construction of oil depot, the emphasis should be placed on construction environment and safety construction, and the road of green, standardized and sustainable development should be taken.

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Properties of Mononuclear Cobalt Complex Containing Sulfonate Ligand

A mononuclear cobalt complex [Co(H2L)(phen)2(H2O)]·4H2O (H2L2-=4,5⁃dihydroxy⁃1,3⁃disulfonate ion, phen=1,10⁃phenanthroline) was synthesized by hydrothermal method. The composition and structure of the complex were characterized by X ray single crystal diffraction, elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. Single crystal diffraction study shows that the cobalt ion is six⁃coordinated, which can coordinate with the four nitrogen atoms of two phen ligands and the oxygen atoms of water molecule and sulfonate group, forming the twisted octahedral configuration in the complex. Compared with the ligand, the fluorescence emission peak of the complex has a blue shift, and the maximum emission peak is at 380 nm.

Through the expansion joint process,this paper adopts mechanical expansion pipe, hydraulic pipe expander and hydraulic pipe expander to carry out the pipe expansion test by using the expansion process. Expanding test is made by studying the expansion performance with different groove width and the expansion performance with different expanded joint technologies of the expended joint performance under the same groove width, the adaptive expansion technique is determined by comparison. The research results show that the experimental method is reasonable and the data is full and reliable. In order to study the connection between heat exchanger tube and tube plate, cheak the tube expanding quality of expending tube and the expanding character of tube material, determining the best expanding coefficient, testing the surface quality of expanding part and the enclosure character, to provide experimental evidence.

Metal⁃Loaded ZSM⁃5 Molecular Sieve Catalyzed Ozonation of Phenol Wastewater

ZSM⁃5 molecular sieve was used as carrier, cerium (Ce), manganese (Mn), nickel (Ni) and copper (Cu) were used as active components to prepare metal⁃supported catalyst to catalyze ozonation treatment of phenol wastewater. The catalyst was prepared by impregnation method and characterized. The effects of active components, ozone dosage, catalyst concentration and pH on the treatment of phenol wastewater were investigated. The results showed that Ce⁃ZSM⁃5 had the best catalytic effect and COD removal rate under the conditions of pH=7, catalyst concentration of 1.00 g/L, ozone dosage of 44.0 mg/min and reaction time of 60 min. It is 85.74%. When Ce⁃ZSM⁃5 is added, about 80% of the ozone can be saved. It shows good stability which the COD removal ratio reached about 70% after the catalyst repeatedly used for 7 times.

Progress in Research of Preparation and Application of Rare Earth Luminescent Nanomaterials

With the development of science and technology, more and more materials are coming out, at the same time,the demand for materials is increasing. Rare earth luminescent nanomaterials are different from conventional ones. They have the advantages of good physical and chemical stability, high temperature resistance, narrow luminescence band and high color purity which makes they show good prospect of applications in so many fields, such as light emitting devices, imaging and medicine and have become one of the hot spots. In this paper, the preparation and application of rare earth luminescent nanomaterials are reviewed, and the problems that need to be solved and the development prospects are discussed.

High Efficient Decalcification Agent Applied to Crude Oil of Liaohe

A high efficient decalcification agent without phosphorus or metal included was developed for Liaohe crude oil with high calcium content. The calcium contents in the crude oil before and after decalcification were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry. Influences of decalcification agent to calcium radio, water injection amount, working temperature, time for sedimentation and reaction were studied. The results show that when the decalcification agent dosage is 0.6, filling water ratio is 10%, reaction temperature is 90 ℃,the time for settlement is 10 h and reacting time is 5 min, the decalcification rate of Liaohe crude can reach more than 90%.
